The Holograms are supplied in the form of hotstamping foil. Using hotstamping machine the holographic image is transferred on to the substrate as per the required size at the designated position. The holographic image becomes a permanent part of the substrate and cannot be scrathed off.

Advantages over hologram labels is that the application is automatic hence no need of labour and also the impression is permanent.

Disadvantage is that the holographic impression is not as clear as a label and also needs an investment on the hotstamping machine.
